The Air Cargo Industry is lacking from a transparent and standardized claims handling process. 
Massive flow of emails, many different airline procedures and a lack of proper communication, in many occassions is causing a lot of frustration for claimants. At the same time many cargo incidents are happening during the handling and transportation of air cargo shipments.   

As a result, the customer experience and the air cargo product is negatively affected.

Our mission is to streamline and standardize the claims handling process within the air cargo industry and to provide a the cargo industry stakeholders with a digital loss prevention program to prevent financial loss, reduce operations costs and to increase the customer experience and the overall quality of the air cargo product.

The Air Cargo Industry needs a standardized and optimized claim handling process between the shipper and airline. The cargo claims platform provides clear communication templates for all stakeholders involved.

The loss prevention program supported with sophisticated digital tools will help stakeholders to collect vital claims documentention in an early stage. Collected data will provide loss prevention insights to set corrective and prevention actions to improve the quality of the transportation and handling service.
