PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF CLAIM
On behalf of the consignees and/or shippers as mentioned on the air waybill and/or any other party interests in the subjected shipment, we hereby lodge a formal complaint as mentioned in art. 26 of the Warsaw Convention/The Hague Protocol/Montreal Protocol nr. 4 and Montreal Convention art. 31.
DEMO service and/or any person/organization on whose behalf this complaint is done expressly reserve the rights against the Carrier(s), his/their servants, agents and independant contractors, notably the right to claim all damages, delay and loss related to or in connection with the below mentioned claim details.
We kindly request you to inform us whether you and/or the carrier and/or owners will appoint a surveyor for this damage.
If applicable, please forward this notice of claim to the proper department within your organization
