1. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Step 1 - Enter Master Air Waybill

Enter your Master Air Waybill prefix in the search bar. Press the ‘check’ button, to proceed to the next step.



 

Step 2 - Enter Email Address for verification


- If your email address is found in our database you will be redirected to the login page. 

- If your email address is not found a new account will be created.
  (After account creation read and please accept the terms and the terms and conditions)









Step 3 - Submit claim form 





SENT CLAIM TO CARRIER

Once the form has been completed click proceed to access the send claim to your carrier. Please select the available target email address in the drop down ( if available) or enter the receipients email address







CHECK YOUR EMAIL INBOX

 

1. If you have completed the steps you will receive a copy of the claim sent to the carrier

2. At the same time an email will be sent to with your account credentials. 
    
To login into your account please use your emailaddress and the password created by cargoclaims.
